Graduation & Presentation Ceremony

There are two types of graduation events: A personal event graduation & On-site event graduation. Select the event links:
How to Apply for Graduation - Please understand that it is the student's responsibility to apply for graduation. Here are the steps to be taken:
·Have all accounts paid in full.
·Have all courses completed and graded.
·Official transcripts and all other required documentation must have been received by the registrar.
·Contact the registrar for the correct graduation request form. The correct form will be sent to your email address.
·Return the correct graduation request form to the office of the registrar by email or postal mail. This will trigger a final review of your student record to assure that all requirements for graduation have been satisfied. You will be notified of any commissions. Click here
·Follow-up on any question of which you are not 100% certain.
·After all documents and fees have been verified, you will be notified, and your degree, along with official transcripts will be mailed to the physical address of your choice.
·If you are students outside the campus, we mean outside Ghana or Nigeria and you are studing online program, you can also join the graduation ceremony if you like by applying for the graduation program before Four months to the ceremony. Meaning you are coming for the program. then every necessary document will be process for you travelling to be in our campus.
·but if you are not coming for the program, simply apply here for your document and award certificate to be send to you through the postage of your choice. Click Here for not coming
·It is compulsory for every student both Ghanians & Nigerians students to be at the graduation ceremony. Either you studies at the campus or online studies. Once you finish your program, a months to the event students must report at the campus. The event is always twice in a year. Ferbuary & November. Click Here for request form
·Note: Every student are must pay for graduation fees both Internal and External Student.
